Great collection! Especially Survey Monkey, it’s my favorite tool.

I have another tool; I would like to share it with you as well. Sentimeter (http://sentimeter.io/), this provides the automated solution to listen your customer experiences and point out the alarming situations/sections that you can easily fix accordingly.
